Build Salesforce Work You'd Put Your Name On

We're a small, independent Salesforce consulting team. That means less process, more ownership, and the kind of work where you actually see what changed for the client.

We don't have a formal opening right now — but we always read a good application, and we reply to every one.

Why Work Here

A Small Team, Real Ownership

We're not a body shop and we're not a 500-person SI. Here's what that actually means day to day.

Depth, Not Breadth

We do Salesforce and only Salesforce. You get to go properly deep instead of context-switching across five platforms.

Less Process, More Doing

No six layers of approval before you can ship a change. You'll talk to clients, make calls, and see the result.

You Own the Outcome, Not the Timesheet

We judge our work by whether the client's business actually got better. That's the standard we hold ourselves to internally too — not hours logged, not tickets closed. You'll be trusted with a piece of a project end to end, and supported when it gets hard.

Certifications Backed

We support the study time and the exam costs for Salesforce certifications that make sense for your path.

Work That Travels

Our clients span North America, Europe, Australia, Africa and beyond — including regulated public-sector programmes.

How We Hire

No Black Box, No Ghosting

Three interview rounds and a technical test. Every hire goes through all of them — we don't make an offer from a CV alone. You hear from us at every stage, including if the answer is no.

01

You Apply

Fill in the form below. A short, honest note about what you've worked on beats a polished template every time. Someone who does the work reads it and replies either way.

02

Screening Interview

A first conversation about your background, what you're looking for and what we're building — and your chance to ask us the same.

03

Technical Test

A practical test set to the role you applied for, so we can see how you actually approach a problem rather than how well you interview.

04

Technical Interview

We go through your test and your past work together, and dig into the Salesforce depth the role needs.

05

Final Interview & Offer

A closing round with management to agree the fit, then a clear offer and an honest picture of the first ninety days.

What We Look For

More About How You Think Than What You've Memorised

Certifications help. So does a long CV. But the people who do well here tend to share four things that don't show up on either.

If you're early in your career and you can show us the instinct, we'd rather teach you the platform than hire someone who has the badges and none of the curiosity.

Tell Us About Yourself
You Ask Why Before How

Understanding what the client's business actually needs comes before opening the setup menu.

You Write Clearly

Most of the job is explaining a technical decision to someone who isn't technical. Plain words win.

You Finish Things

Taking a piece of work from vague brief to live and supported, without needing to be chased.

You Keep Learning

Salesforce ships three releases a year. Staying still isn't an option, and the good news is it's never boring.

Current Openings

No Live Vacancies Right Now — Apply Anyway

We're not running an open advert at the moment. We'd still rather hear from you than not: when a project lands and we need another pair of hands, the first place we look is the applications already sitting with us.

Send us something real — what you've built, what you're good at, what you want to be doing in two years. We keep applications on file for twelve months and we get in touch when something fits. If you'd rather ask a question first, use the contact page.

Who We Hear From

Developers, admins, consultants, BAs, QA and delivery folks — plus students and career changers.

Where You Can Be

We're based in Surat, India and work with clients worldwide. Tell us where you are and we'll be straight with you.

What Happens Next

A reply either way. No silence, no automated rejection three months later.

Applying, In Short

One form, five minutes. The parts that matter most are the last two — your CV link and what you tell us about yourself.

Send Your Application

There's no live vacancy today, so treat this as a general application — we keep it on file and come back to it when a role opens up.
